Job Responsibilities:

Conducting detail profile assessment of student interested in abroad studies and accordingly guiding them to shortlist the universities where his /her chances of getting admission is high.

Making outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest.

Advises students regarding various program requirement for courses offered.

Provide excellent customer service to students through consistent and effective outreach and follow up.

Counselling and consulting students throughout enrolment process through e-mail and phone.

Following through agreed-upon processes to manage, monitor and convert inquiries into prospective students.

Assistance for students with University selection, application, visa applications and accommodation.

Candidate Profile:

Outstanding oral and written communication in English language.

Proven experience of minimum 1 year in a target-based industry.

Preference will be given to immediate joiners.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
