Founded in 2016, Coding Ninjas is one of India’s largest online coding EdTech companies. Imparting knowledge is of utmost importance to us and it is our mission to bridge the skill gap between colleges and industry. We teach 50,000+ students annually through our online platform to help college students and working professionals upskill themselves for rewarding employment prospects.
Coding Ninjas was founded by Ankush Singla, Kannu Mittal, and Dhawal Parate, dawning from an educational background of IITs and Stanford who bring onboard their rich working experience in companies like Amazon, Facebook, Cars24, and other top startups in India. As pioneers in EdTech, we continuously work on curating student-centric learning programs and are progressing toward becoming the de facto coding education company in India.
The company has raised more than 22 Million USD to date and is a subsidiary of InfoEdge (Naukri.com, IIMJobs, Jeevansathi, etc.) with the latter, acquiring a majority stake in Coding Ninjas.
With our exhaustive learning programs, 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution, and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application, and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain.

Job Responsibilities
● The Relationship Manager is required to help students resolve their queries and ensure the learning experience is hassle free. He / she should be patient, empathetic, and communicative.
● Needs to maintain documentation of all queries, coordinate with internal teams for the queries and ensure that they are resolved in time.
● Needs to manage on-boarding of students. Ensure that students have access to required courses.
● Needs to build and maintain relationships with the student, understanding what they need to achieve their learning goals.
● Needs to ensure that the feedback cycle of students is maintained and take actions based on the feedback.
● Create and maintain trackers : track the student’s performance on a regular basis. Guide the students to complete their schedule within a specified time frame.
● The student counsellor will be required to communicate on a regular basis with customers via calls, messages, Slack and email.
Requirements
● Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
● Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
● Excellent skills on MS Office, Documentation, Advanced Excel eg. VLookUp
● Customer Satisfaction Focus: Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
● Multi-tasking
● Project management: Remarkable detail orientation for making accurate trackers
● Database management: Quick query response and resolution.
● Competent time management skills
