Job Location – Dwarka mor Metro Station, Delhi

Age – 19-40 Years – Only Females

Full Time and Part Time Both Options Available

• Full Time Employee Timings – 10:00 Am to 7:00 Pm
• Part Time Employee Timings – 10:00 Am till 2:30 Pm
• Other Shifts 2:30 Till 7:00 PM

Monday to Saturday working. 10 Am to 7 Pm (Sunday Fix Off )

Salary for Part Timer will be from 9000 to 12000 in Hand Fixed NO TARGETS

Salary for Full Timer will be 16,000 Rs to 29,000 Rs in Hand Fixed NO TARGETS

( If you are Shortlisted there will be a 2 Month OJT ( On Job Training ) on company Softwares and Phone Software with CAREER INNOVATORS – CITA and Salary in Training would be different for 1st 2 Months)

Roles & Responsibilities for HR Admission Counsellor

• Counselling students on call, regarding Airport and Airline courses and Briefing them about fees and Training Modules
• Would be doing Outbound Calling to candidates who have applied for the job with us on Naukri- LinkedIn- Facebook- Instagram
• Informing the Candidates about the Eligibility criteria by taking their Telephonic Round and speaking with their Parents
• Lining up the candidates for the Pr-Screening round and inviting them to the academy to check their Eligibility criteria. (As we do not give admissions to everyone).
• Should also track and follow up on all Lineup who are Interested for a Training Course
• Speaking with students and parents and explaining them the Fees and benefits of the Aviation courses, answer questions etc.
• Briefing them about the Airport and Airline Courses
• This Job requires Excellent communication Skills, as a HR as you would be speaking to PAN India Candidates for Jobs and admissions as Have Offline and Online Batches available for Airline Courses.

Roles & Responsibilities for HR Recruiter

• Interviewing the Candidates on Call and to Check their eligibility criteria like Communication Skills- Grammar- Age- ask them to see if they have any tattoo or cut marks as most of Companies do not hire those candidates
• If Candidate is eligible, invite them to our Dwarka office for a face-to-face round with the Senior HR team, if candidate is shortlisted, we will be lining up them directly to Company office for final Interviews
• Updating candidates details on Company CRM Software and so that his next round interviews can be arranged
• As a HR Recruiter you need to identify right candidates for the right job by speaking with him more on calls to check his English Better.
• Since we are the Authorized Recruitment partner for many Airlines- Hotels and MNC, So no Candidate has to pay any charges to us before or after the Job

CITA Expectation from You as a HR Counsellor/ HR Recruiter, If you Join US

• You Should be good in Convincing Students and Family so they Take Admission and Happy with Fee Structure
• Should be Sharp and Active in taking Follows up on Calls and Mails
• For this Job we need very Good Spoken English
• if experience is in ( Educational Sales- or a Institute or as a HR Recruiter ) It will be a added advantage
• Age 20- 40 Years (Male & Female) Should be Open with Calling Profile
