We are having urgent opening for Project Coordinator with one of our client @Gurgaon.

Job Title Project Coordinator

Assist in planning, developing systems & processes concerning the project (after-school project) on the field

Supervise the team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the projects running through Akshar School

Liasoning with the local key stakeholders, government authorities to strengthen the implementation of program of the organization

Conduct, monitor and evaluate ongoing project

Establishing rapport with teachers & students and periodic need based career counselling

Organize and participate in field visits as required

Proactively monitor project progress, expenditures and handle any issues that arise

Provide documentation support to the organization – reports, documentation, and other organizational documents.

Strengthening partnerships with existing and new partners

Work closely with the Director to adhere to internal organizational and learning process

Ensuring timely delivery of internal monthly report, with specific data and beneficiary cases

Co – holding team and Programme processes like team reviews, finance, mobilization, database, logistics, documentation & reports.

Any other assignment related to your specific project based on the need of the organization and direction of your Director .

Qualification

Post-graduate in social work/education studies/ MBA. However, candidates with degrees in other disciplines can also apply only if they have relevant experience.

Knowledge and understanding on issues related to education and community.

Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills.

Ability to prioritize & multi-task.

Self-driven, result-oriented, high level of integrity, humility, and commitment.
