Job Location – Thane West (Ghodbunder Road)

Salary – INR 18K Monthly

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Arts stream /ATD / BFA or Graduate from any stream with a certification in art or a Diploma in Art.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching Arts and Crafts in a school setting is required.
• Well versed with CBSE and Maharashtra State Board curriculum
• Strong content knowledge and expertise in Art.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• To design and execute lesson plans that will engage students and help them to develop their creativity.
• Instilling the love for arts in students
• Integrating arts deeply into a project-based curriculum
• Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning.
• To clearly communicate learning goals and objectives to students during every lesson.
• To actively participate in network opportunities for professional development.
• Developing strong one-to-one relations with students and parents
• Helping students take charge of their own learning
• Documenting student progress for report card
• Participating in parent outreach / marketing initiatives
• Admissions counseling

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹17,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
