“Direct Apply” is a new service offering by Cialfo, allowing students and schools to apply directly to universities. The success of launching and rolling out such a service offering would require a combination of efforts across all departments within Cialfo, namely the Customer Success, Growth (Sales and Marketing), and Product teams.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Director of Student Recruitment, India, to join us in this mission, to be a self-starter, entrepreneurial thinker, deeply analytical and detail-oriented, and to manage a team of student education advisors who will be assisting students, parents, and counselors from Cialfo schools across different regions. At Cialfo, we count on our executive team to solve complex business problems with creativity and passion, always looking to learn something new. You will also be instrumental in creating future strategic plans with the goal of boosting revenue streams.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a team of student education advisors to engage, counsel, and serve students and parents across India; and in doing so, provide a comprehensive set of services as required by students such as in shortlisting of colleges, career counseling, application support, enrolment, visa application services, etc.
Set up physical offices and student education advisory teams across India to provide regionalized and localized support and services.
Partner with the executive team members to execute the current corporate strategic plan to drive the adoption of counselors, students, and parents on Direct Apply.
Collaborate with product management and marketing on messaging, positioning, and business models to achieve revenue goals.
Monitor and manage the student application pipeline, and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve revenue goals.
Progressively seek opportunities with the client experience team in customer retention and engagement.
Collaborate with local sales and marketing teams to bring forth quality stakeholder engagement content that builds trust among students, parents, counselor and relevant stakeholders to adopt Cialfo and Direct Apply as the primary college application platform.
Stay well-connected with global clients to ensure broad and local market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle.
Requirements
10+ years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth.
Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships with student education agencies.
Willing to travel domestically in India
Experience working across multiple functions/ business units, influencing and collaborating with others successfully.
Experience building, leading, and operating a large team across different offices in the various regions.
Proven experience developing and executing business strategies.
History of decision-making based on business metrics.
Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach.
