Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Interviewing new recruits, Conduct training for new hires and recurrent training for employees on the various training modules.
2. Identify training needs, design content, and deliver domain training.
3. Plan, develop, and provide training and training development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as online training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
4. Work with Training & Development Head to produce plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement, and follow-up as necessary.
5. Use learning design methodologies, competency modelling & blended learning. Providing online and offline trainings
6. Preparation of Monthly Training Calendar and maintaining monthly trainer’s feedback.
7. Liasing with the officers and stakehoders for the trainings in different states.
8. Monitor, measure, and report on employees training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
Qualification & Experience
Minimum Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in designing content and teacher training material.
Excellent communication skills. Expert in learning pedagogies including competency modelling & blended learning
People Management, Presentation Skills & Computer/ MS Office skills
Hands on Experience of training teachers and supporting their learning.
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹65,000.00 per month
