Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive conversions in our lead pipeline through phone calls.
• Pitch Leap Scholar’s various offerings in IELTS Prep etc.
• Resolve student queries.
• Coordinate with the internal team (operations, product) if needed, to drive the conversion.

• You will have tearing-your-hair level complex & challenging problems to solve.

Good to Have

• Experience in working with IELTS propositions.

Ideal Persona:

• At least 1 year of experience in an Inside Sales role.
• Should be tech-savvy, high agency, and result-oriented.
• Applicants from an Ed-tech/Overseas Education background will be preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with the Counsellors and Internal team.
• Proactive and responsible to report and sort out any problems faced.
• Familiarity with Google sheets

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
