Designation: HR Recruiter and Counsellor.

Job Type: Part Time/Full Time.

Job Description:

As a Recruiter:

Conduct Interviews (Telephonic, VC, Face to face) of the candidates as per the job description provided by the client.

Arrange and co-ordinate technical interviews (written and verbal) at office with the technical team.

Conduct briefings for candidates before the interview at client end.

Co-ordinate and schedule interviews at client location.

Co-ordinate and complete the documentation for the joining process with the clients.

As a Counsellor:

Inform candidates about the various courses offered at Career Lounge.

Handle online marketing activities via social media, Email, SMS etc.

Co-ordinate with the trainees and complete course joining formalities as required.

Candidate requirement.

Looking for a smart, tech savvy candidate.

Should be able to converse in English, Marathi and Hindi fluently.

Should be well aware of using a computer, social media, Microsoft Excel.

Should be focused on providing the correct information confidently.

Looking for immediate joiners.
