Immediate openings are available for the positions of Receptionist and Education Counsellor. 

Position: Receptionist 

As a Receptionist at Care Immigration & Education Consultants, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your friendly and professional demeanour will be essential in creating a positive impression of our organization. We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries. 

Responsibilities: 

• Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a courteous manner 
• Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members 
• Managing appointment schedules and coordinating meetings 
• Providing accurate information and addressing client inquiries 
• Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing 

Requirements for position: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages will be a plus) 
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients 
• Proficiency in using computers and office software 
• Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage 
• Flexible availability to work during regular office hours 

Location: Ankur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
