Roles and Responsibility:
- Organize and Schedule meetings and appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Monitor Incoming/Outgoing mail

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Computer and technical skills
- Typing and note-taking

- Proficiency in MS Office
