Awign Hiring For Exam Invigilator at India Full Time

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As an exam Invigilator you will be Invigilating students in the exam center for different examinations in your city at the mentioned examination center and time.

Detailed training will be provided by the client representative.

You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the examination.

You will be implementing the exam rules and regulations and remaining vigilant throughout the examination duration.

You will be responsible to check the registration numbers of the candidate and match the details with the registered details and guide them to the allotted system.

Launching of System with permission from Venue heads

Facilitating candidates to reach their respective allocated positions

Authenticating candidates carefully for any identification lapses and report to venue Heads, if any Validating attendance of candidates including photo/signatures and thumb impression if ordered to do as per exam specific instructions

Providing proper assistance like providing rough sheets/ additional sheets if requested by candidates in line with exam specific instructions

Collection of Response/Rough sheets if asked to do so

Invigilators would facilitate smooth exit to candidates after confirming post exam verifications as per Venue head instructions

Invigilators will not leave labs without prior permission of Venue Heads only

Invigilators will be responsible to help others during system launch if required to do so
