Job Description

Any graduate, postgraduate, or MBA (marketing or sales)

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, outbound sales, tele-sales, and educational sales.
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Should be fluent in Hindi (mandatory) and should be good in regional languages as well.
• Good negotiation and pitching skills are required.
• Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up EdTech experience is an added advantage.
• Multidisciplinary, continuous learning mindset
• Customer focus with good convincing ability and a confident personality.
• Should have conveyance
• Should be willing to cover multiple cities (if required).

KRAs

• Hunt for creators or coaching institutes in the area and pitch them a graphy product.
• Creating a pipeline of interested prospects
• Giving product demonstrations to the prospects
• Converting prospects into customers and generating revenue
