Business Development Associates

We are looking to hire smart and efficient Business Development Associates who can convince the aspiring students to select and enroll for suitable courses offered by International educational institutions in Canada. Candidates who have worked as Overseas Education Consultants or Career Counsellors and are passionate about helping the students to choose the best overseas study programs while ensuring the admission targets are met will be the right fit for this role.

Job Responsibilities

1. Placing outbound calls to the prospective students who have expressed interest in pursuing higher education in Canada

2.Analysing the profile of the students and conducting a detailed assessment of the students through effective counselling to help them shortlist the suitable courses and the universities where their chances of admission are high.

3.Assisting the students with the University or College selection, admission procedures and visa applications.

4.Provide excellent customer service to potential students through consistent and effective outreach and follow-up.

5.Working in close coordination with the admission and visa teams to ensure the admission process remains hassle free and smooth for the student.

6. Adopting the best practices to increase the revenue of the company and maximize the admission targets in a consistent manner.

7. Achieving the assigned targets for student admissions through a dedicated approach towards convincing and enrolling the students for the study programs in Canada

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Graduate in any discipline from a Recognized College/University.

2. Candidates with minimum experience of 1 years in career counselling.

Overseas study experience would be an added advantage.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is a must.

4. Candidates who are willing to join immediately or at a short notice are preferred.

Work Timing: 8:30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Saturday.
