Job Description: US Accent Trainer – BPO/Call Center Trainer

Job description: 

Miles Education is looking for the skilled and experienced US trainer to join our team as a BOP/ Call Center Trainer. 

Responsibilities

• Prepare bespoke training materials and appropriate delivery methods for existing staff and new hires.
• Should be able to share inputs for training to reduce the learning curve of newly hired.
• Should be able to create a training plan by identifying training needs, providing refresher training, and using classroom-based training techniques.
• Develop a Training Planner based on the Training Needs Assessment.
• Deliver relevant training programs within specified timelines.
• Ensure individual and organization-wide training needs are fulfilled.
• Coordinate with Operations for the successful implementation of training modules
• Closely track progress and maintain records of all training activities.
• Monitor the progress and provide feedback to candidates/employees and their managers regularly
• Must be able to take an active role in training the trainers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Graduate or Under Graduate with excellent spoken and written English.

· At least 1 year work experience in Soft Skills Training in a similar environment (preferably servicing US client based).

· Excellent communication and presentation skills and should have an ability to train language skills.

· Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities are required.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

· Feedback skills to inspire Agents to improve performance.

· Must have leadership, conflict management and problem-solving qualities.
