Arka Jain University Hiring For Technical Trainer- Computer Science and IT at Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka Full Time

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Ascertain Domain Training needs in line with Industry requirements.
• Liaise closely with various industries in the domain
• Determine course content and objectives & Develop Curriculum and Syllabus
• Create training programs and develop Lesson Plans according to requirements.
• Provide training schedules and delivery flow.
• Prepares training delivery materials and sessions, in groups or individually.
• Design system utilization metrics including researching and testing systems.
• Setting and grading assignments, tests, and exams.
• Develop Continuous evaluation systems and determine factors needing improvement.
• Reports data on completed courses, issues, and absentees.
• Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by collecting feedback from Students as well as Industry and making improvements as necessary.
• Providing continuous support to students and other colleagues.
• Staying current by reading widely and producing published work in the field
• Ensure 100% placement of Students Trained Qualifications and Skills

REQUIREMENTS:

• BE/B-Tech or ME/M-Tech – IT or Computer Science
• A sound understanding of and passion for subject matter.
• Willingness to work long hours, and travel frequently.
• A growth mindset and excellent networking abilities
• At least 5 to 7 years of Industrial Experience in reputed MNC in relevant domain (Development or Testing)
• Passionate Trainer/Teacher with Hands-on Experience
• Strong working knowledge of Tools for Communication/Presentations
• Good skills in e-learning and mobile training
• Specialized knowledge of specific industry processes and systems (in the Domain)
• Strong teaching and mentoring skills
• Excellent Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,100,000.00 per year
