Arena Animation, Kankurgachi, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telecaller cum Career Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting our educational offerings to prospective students through telecommunication and providing accurate career guidance. A blend of excellent communication skills, an understanding of animation, multimedia, and allied education sectors, alongside a passion for counselling and guiding students towards making informed educational choices, is desired.

Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling: Reaching out to prospective students via calls, explaining the courses offered at Arena Animation, Kankurgachi.
Following up with interested candidates and providing the necessary information regarding courses, fees, and placement opportunities.
Maintaining a record of student queries, interactions, and follow-ups.

Career Counseling: Providing personalized counseling to prospective students regarding various courses and career pathways in the animation, VFX, gaming, and multimedia industries.
Assisting students in understanding their interests, strengths, and opportunities through effective counseling.
Organizing and participating in open house sessions, career fairs, and counseling workshops.

Admission Process Assistance: Guiding prospective students through the admission process, ensuring they understand the requirements and steps involved.
Coordinating with the admissions team to ensure smooth onboarding of students.

Documentation and Record Maintenance: Updating and maintaining accurate records of telephonic interactions, student queries, counseling, and follow-up activities.
Assisting in the preparation of reports on counseling activities and student enrollments.

Feedback Collection: Obtaining feedback from enrolled students and using the insights to improve counseling and telecalling processes.

Team Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing, admissions, and academic teams to ensure accurate information dissemination.
Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance counseling and telecalling skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in telecalling, career counseling, or a related field.
• Knowledge of animation, multimedia, and the related education industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and database management.
