Responsibilities

· Candidates should have Strong Sales Ability to convert Enquiries into Admissions

· Must be self-motivated & be able to achieve the set targets

· Briefing the course details effectively to Candidates / Parents in Institute.

· Generate new references from existing students

· Strong ability in converting existing students to higher courses (Upgrades)

· Daily follow up of Enquiries, Admissions & Fees Collection

Key Skills Required

· Good Communication and Presentation Skills.

· Fluency in English, Marathi & Hindi is a MUST.

Education & Experience

Any graduate with 2-3 years of experience as a Counsellor and between the age group of 23-25 years would be preferred. Must have very good communication skills. Candidates from IT Education Industry would be preferred.
