The OpportunityWe are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our ‘SRE and Tools’ team in India preferably in Hyderabad and support building and maintaining the infrastructure and network that hosts our critical customer facing products. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, your role covers the entire life cycle of a product. Your primary focus will be automation and continuous integration/delivery with an emphasis on solving operations issues using software. First Day, We’ll Expect You To HaveHands-on experience with public cloud offerings (AWS components like EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, SQS, Kinesis – or equivalents, in Azure)Systems Administration experience, including an understanding of .
nix. Automation and orchestration experience including Ansible, Terraform, Packer and Jenkins. Experience writing code in PythonExperience with scripting in Powershell and bash/shell/perl
Strong triage and troubleshooting skills
Deep understanding of one or more modern observability platforms (e.g., Datadog or something similar)Experience using container systems like Docker and/or Platform-as-a-ServiceExperience with Cloud cost optimization
Engagement to debug, optimize code, and automate routine operational tasks
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with experience developing and instilling a culture of operational maturity

Can Expect On a Typical DayWe’ll start every day with a scrum, working together to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate priorities. Collaboration and Communication.
You’ll be the point person for developers and operations when they need to find a solution quickly. You’ll listen to their needs, find a solution, and share it. You’re comfortable presenting to leadership everything from system designs to new ideas for technology to production incidents.

There is no typical day. You will support engineers, checking if something is not working and writing the code it takes to fix it. You must be nimble, adaptable, and flexible.
We’ll rely on you to look for a solution. Fail fast, fail safely. You have 8-12 years of experience
You’re comfortable working on products with tech never used before. Inevitable challenges will arise, and experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role. You will use automation technologies to ensure repeatability, eliminate toil, reduce mean time to detection and resolution (MTTD & MTTR) and repair services.
