We are looking for passionate professionals to assist students for choosing right courses and detailing them about the syllabus, determining their strengths, selecting majors, and help them work towards careers that fit their talents.

Responsibilities

• Providing Counselling and Career advice to the students to help them chose the right course.
• Interact with students, parents and Professionals in person and assist them for admissions.
• Act as front face on behalf of company and communicate with candidates
• Create and Manage database, regular mailers and follow ups with candidates
• Ensure post counselling activities are done as per the set standards
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities
• Handle escalations and ensure clients satisfaction in issue resolutions
• Support tele callers and Sales Executives as and when required
• Involve in market development plans

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Similar field /Front Desk: 1-2 years
• Fluency in English for Reading / Writing and Speaking additional to native language
• Knowledge and easiness on using computer-based office applications

Qualification: – Graduate or postgraduate with stateful academic record

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
