Our client is training low income group adults to take up jobs in hospital as ward boy, nursing assistant etc. The attrition rate after training is quite high and through emotional counselling they wish to provide support to the learners and in-turn reduce attrition

Responsibilities and Duties

Minimum qualification: MSc Psychology Hands on experience in the field of counselling or other domain (0-3 yrs experience Should be able to speak regional languages Should be willing to travel outside the current location Should be able to motivate people to take up the job and continue in job to build a good career Educate them around importance of financial independence Help learners plan out ways to solve their concerns.

Location: Andrapradesh and Telegana

Hyderabad, Machallipatnam, Vizinagaram, Adilabad, Nalgonda and Nagapittnam

Contract length: 4 months Job Types: Part-time, Contract
