Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • The primary task is to train the executives on product and process
  • Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of training programs
  • Conduct a Knowledge test for all to check the product knowledge
  • Should stay updated regarding the changes in product and process

Educational Qualification:-

  • Must Graduate in any field
  • Prior experience as a trainer for Customer support/ Sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches
