Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- The primary task is to train the executives on product and process
- Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of training programs
- Conduct a Knowledge test for all to check the product knowledge
- Should stay updated regarding the changes in product and process
Educational Qualification:-
- Must Graduate in any field
- Prior experience as a trainer for Customer support/ Sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches
