Designation: Academic Counselor (Business Development Team)

Job Nature: Full time | Work from home | Target-based

Work Hours: 01 pm to 10 pm (please note that inbound chats and calls might come in odd hours and please schedule those prompts to next day’s work hours. Ensure not missing any leads. High-priority case follow-ups have to be done based on the client’s convenient time. Sometimes it might occur after work hours.

Compensation

Monthly Base Salary: 10,000/-

Monthly Target is 20 conversions (based on the below mentioned conversion count criteria) upon achieving 20 conversions you will be eligible to earn 15,000/-

*Failing maintaining average performance will lead to termination.

Incentive Scale(monthly)

• Achieved 30 students – 15% salary hike
• Achieved 40 students – 30% salary hike
• Achieved 50 students – 80% salary hike
• Achieved 60 students – 100% salary hike

Eg: if you generate 60 admission in a month, your salary would be 15,000 (base salary – achiving target) + 15,000 (incentive: 100% salary hike) = 30,000/-

Conversion Count Criteria (based on the generated revenue)

• 6000/- and above = 1
• 4000/- to 6000/- = 0.5
• Below 4000/- = 0.25

Roles and Responsibilities

• handle inbound chats generated through digital ads (via Business Whatsapp)
• initiate the call and close the deal after verifying the eligibility in the chat
• connect (chat and call) both students and parents whenever required
• perform follow up whenever required and close the admissions
• manage/update and be available in all communication channels such as google sheets and WhatsApp
• respond, provide, attend to all the inbound calls and messages
• update/consult/seek assistance from the team lead whenever required

Requirements

• personal smartphone (business WhatsApp, google calendar, product app and CRM/Sheet)
• Vi/Airtel/Jio strong network signal (company shall provide the sim card)

Workflow (admission generation)

Lead generation (marketing team) > assigning leads via a google sheet > perform initial call: product presentation > chat: sending details > follow up > close admission > assign mentor
