Designation: Learning & Development Manager

Work Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Sec. 44)

The Position is entirely based out of Office

Work Experience: 5-6 Years of Experience

Qualification: Any graduate

Roles & responsibilities

• Capability Building and Training & development of Retail and Operations Employees
• Engage with business leaders and employees to identify key training requirements.
• Create a consolidated view of training needs for different roles and functions through interactions and performance data analysis.
• Support the development of a comprehensive training roadmap and develop interventions to address training needs.
• Comprehensive trainings coverage for company’s employees including Behavioural and functional attributes per organizational strategic training & development plan.
• Develop high quality training content and deliver trainings effectively.
• Establish processes to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Monitor training impact through objective metrics and qualitative feedback.
• Identified and partnered with reputed external training agencies for training & talent developmen.
• Implementation and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System (Degreed)
• Driving adoption through strategic initiatives through various learning programmes
• Regular monitoring and tracking of usage of the Digital learning platform
