1. Plan JLPT-focused lessons: The Sensei would need to create lesson plans that specifically address the requirements and expectations of the JLPT exam. They would need to have a deep understanding of the exam’s structure and format, and develop effective teaching methods to help students achieve success. 3. Evaluate and track student progress: He/she would need to assess the strengths and weaknesses of individual students and track their progress over time. They would need to use a variety of assessment tools to gauge student performance and identify areas that require improvement. 4. Provide feedback and support: The sensei would need to provide students with regular feedback on their progress and offer support and guidance to help them achieve their goals. They would need to identify areas where students are struggling and offer additional resources and materials to help them improve. 5. Customize instruction: The Sensei would need to customize their instruction to meet the individual needs of each student. They would need to be able to identify each student’s learning style, strengths, and weaknesses, and adjust their instruction accordingly. 6. Keep up-to-date with JLPT development: The Japanese Sensei would need to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the JLPT exam, including changes to the test format, new vocabulary and grammar requirements, and changes to the scoring system. They would need to adjust their teaching methods and materials to reflect these changes. 7. The students must be given training in business conversations for basic and intermediate level .
