Centre managers have excellent leadership, delegation, and communication skills, with a drive to meet business goals and a strong understanding of customer service.

Good with monitoring/evaluating the services their business provides, ensuring they are up to standard

Innovative mindset; able to come up with creative solutions and implement new ideas

Are “people-persons”, have excellent interpersonal skills and a good understanding of customer service

Able to train and supervise staff

Have clerical skills as well as people skills; for manging files, records, and other word processing-related tasks

Good with delegating and coordinating tasks among workers

Counsel students, handling walk-ins, on various course offering and convert enquiries into enrolments

Develops a network of alumni by identifying and training successful alumni willing to help recruit students; coordinating the network’s activities.

Develops a profile of students attracted to the college by conducting research; interviewing applicants; designing questionnaires for current students; analyzing questionnaire results; conducting focus groups.

Evaluates recruitment techniques by determining the effectiveness of each recruitment technique used by admissions; discerning the appeal of admissions literature; defining the expectations of the college to be instilled in incoming students by the admissions staff.

Welcomes prospective students by processing paperwork; interviewing applicants; arranging and conducting campus tours; conducting follow-up activities such as letter writing and phone-calling campaigns.

The ideal candidate would have to counsel prospective students,walk-ins and convert leads into sales. The candidate should have relevant experience of 1 to 3 years in the education sales sector as an academic counsellor.

Good communication skills as well as fluency in English and Hindi is a must. Other regional languages are a plus. .
