Designation- Jr.Educator -QA Automation (Associate)

Role: The ideal candidate should have experience in training to help employees develop their skills and knowledge effectively and in creating/curating high-quality content and assessments. They would also collaborate closely with other internal teams and stakeholders to identify key Learning objectives and establishing metrics for determining learning outcomes and participant performance. They must be good communicators with the ability to make technical or complex material interesting and engaging to diverse audiences.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/equivalent field

• Masters in behavioral science or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• 2+ years in training learners in the classroom/online/hybrid modes (Preferably with an IT/Tech firm)

• Experience in creating/curating/reviewing the content of high quality.

Specialized skills/others:

• Experience with content curation processes and tools, working with LMS/LXP

• Solid knowledge and continuous learning of effective training techniques, and tools

• Leader and collaborator comfortable with making decisions & problem-solving
