ABB Limited Hiring For FAO – R2R Domain Training Expert at Bengaluru / Bangalore Full Time

You will be working as FAO – R2R Domain Training Expert and will be part of Finance Services business for Finance & Accounting Operations division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Continuous Improvement Manager and will be responsible for supporting FAO organization by serving as first line of support on process related queries, and leading training activities for P2P processes. The specialist will be developing training materials, supporting the trainer activities, knowledge transfers and end user training.

Your responsibilities :

• Acquiring in-depth understanding of FTP, Cfin and Fiori related processes. (MDG, UDM etc.,)
• Facilitating learning through a variety of delivery methods to onboard new hires and upskill end-users. This could be including classroom Instruction, webinars, virtual training, team meetings, on-line learning debriefs, hands-on labs, peer to peer coaching, and train-the-trainer sessions
• Training users on P2P processes and appropriate system use. Creating and maintaining user manuals, documentation, virtual gallery, bite d learning materials and SOPs as needed
• Seeking input from and provide feedback to learners to aid with knowledge transfer and behavior change
• Engaging with business leaders, users and partners to understand processes, needs, challenges and deliver solutions, and/or issue resolution during activities such as adapt to standard, process reviews, etc.
• Participating in testing (UAT) activities as needed and initiate or promote sustainable process improvements
