ACG_1720_JOB This position is responsible for spearheading research efforts aimed at integrating new learning materials and teaching technologies to align with the business strategy and enhance organizational functions. They play a pivotal role in advising on methodologies for developing academic products and refining teaching programs through curriculum development and teacher training. Additionally, they oversee the approval of product specifications to ensure adherence to technical and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Product Development:

• Creating and enhancing the product roadmap.
• Innovating products and processes to capture new markets.
• Assessing the outcomes of new initiatives to optimize business performance.
• Initiating R&D projects in line with organizational goals.
• Collaborating with senior management, R&D, and marketing teams to explore product ideas.
• Conducting market research and analyzing competitor products.
• Improving existing products for better functionality and cost efficiency.
• Directing new product development to boost competitiveness.

2. Quality Assurance:

• Overseeing training programs for academic staff.
• Identifying training needs through consultations and surveys.
• Developing training materials and schedules.
• Managing onboarding and ongoing training sessions.
• Monitoring employee performance post-training to ensure effectiveness.

3. Marketing Support:

• Providing guidance on content marketing strategies.
• Contributing to marketing and branding efforts.

4. Operations Support:

• Collaborating with Center leadership to enhance academic programming.
• Assisting in sales activities to facilitate customer engagement and conversion.
