The College of Health & Life Sciences is a leading provider of health and life sciences education and research, and this is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding administration team providing a high-quality service to our programmes and students.
You will provide a range of support for the management, operation and delivery of taught programmes working closely with academic and clinical staff and other members of the administrative team. This includes leading on numerous activities, organising events and meetings, managing student data, administering assessment tasks including servicing examination boards. You will play a critical role in supporting our students throughout their journey from enrolment through to graduation.
You will have experience of administrative roles in large professional organisations including student or course administration. You will be familiar with managing sensitive and complex data and dealing with a range of staff and customers. You will be able to work independently but also as a strong team player whilst possessing a positive, proactive, and flexible approach. You will have excellent IT, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills and be able to multitask effectively.
