Promote good progress and outcome by students Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge Participate in arrangements for preparing students for external and internal tests Organization, Strategy and Development Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of the schools policies, practices and procedures, to support the schools values and vision Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school Work with other teaching staff on curriculum and students development to secure co-ordinated outcomes Play the role of substitute teachers in an unforeseen circumstances that another teacher is unable to teach.
