About Role

Bloom CAP is looking out for Sales & Marketing Executives responsible for selling Bloom School Olympiads, Books, Test Packages, and other Bloom products.

They must have good experience in working with schools, Principals and teachers, booksellers, and institutes, they have to ensure a good relationship is maintained.

Candidates must have a proven track record with Sales.

Prior experience in the education industry and dealing with schools, is a must. This is a travel job.

Responsibilities

– Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

– Actively seek out new sales opportunities by meeting school administrators, and channel partners, calling & networking

– Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

– Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data

– Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

– Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

– Ready to travel, in order to meet clients and complete the sales targets

Qualification

– Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the education industry & dealing with schools, minimum 2 years of experience

– Fast learner and passion for sales

– Proficiency in Hindi & English

– Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

– Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Salary & Perks

– 20,000 to 30,000 per month based on experience

– Travel Allowance
