Role and Responsibilities

• Support parents with the challenges of raising a newborn, provide structured parent coaching sessions via video or phone, support parents with setting goals, developing action plans and encouraging action to achieve their goals through assignments.
• Resolve queries of parents through WhatsApp
• Teach parents on how to involve babies with toys and keep them engaged in activities for optimal brain development.
• Engaging with parents in regular follow ups and educating about the importance of the foundational years in raising the child’s EQ and IQ.
• Equip parents with tools of positive discipline and gentle parenting methods.
• Work with the experience team closely to ensure a seamless journey for the user throughout the duration of their iMumz program
• Ideate and bring in creative ideas to give parents delightful experience in their parenting journey.
• Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and keep track of your session notes.
• Collaborate with our dedicated support team whenever you need assistance to ensure coordinated care.

Skills:
