About the Company

Bhanzu (formerly Exploring Infinities) has been started by 4 math enthusiasts to spark the

curiosity for maths amongst young minds. We envision eradicating global math phobia and

changing the way students perceive math for a better world.

We are a team of record breakers, music-chess prodigies, and public speakers. Our founder

and CEO, Neelkantha Bhanu Prakash broke 4 world records and 50 Limca Book Records by the

age of 17 to become the Fastest Human Calculator in the World. 🤩

We are expanding online to meet the needs of parents worldwide who are looking to

introduce their kids to speed calculations and learn math in an approach of connecting it with

artificial intelligence, music, nature, and real-world domains.

While most of the online options cater to the need of students’ school mathematics with

traditional methods, we make sure we dig deep into the concept and learn beyond the school

math. Our group classes enable peer learning in the presence of a live facilitator.

Job Description:

We have a fabulous team of Quality Assurance Experts, who aim and work relentlessly

towards ensuring high-quality live sessions taken by trainers. We need people who will help

trainers to identify their potential and help around the improvement areas.

Roles and responsibilities:

Classroom observation:

1. Observe the live or recorded end-to-end sessions of the teachers as per the rubric.

2. Gather the observation data for analysis through accurate observation.

3. Ensuring the quality of the live sessions is always high and there is no compromise in the learning experience.

4. Ensure adherence to company policy.

Data analysis

1. Data analysis to identify the scope of improvements and the strength areas of the

trainers and thus share the same with them.

2. Evaluating and reporting on the trainer’s sessions and the progress.

Feedback and miscellaneous

1. Give empathetic and constructive feedback to the trainers from time to time.

2. Keep a record of all the incoming and outgoing feedback communication with the trainers.

3. Participate and contribute to the strategic meetings for the quality assurance team.

4. Collaborate with training and content team for respective purposes.

Job Requirements and Offerings:

Educational Requirements: Should have completed a specialization in mathematics or

possess SME in mathematics. (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.A./M.A in math’s/statistics/economics are

strongly preferred)

Experience Required:

1. Strong understanding of math content and pedagogy

2. Thorough knowledge of excel and basic google tools

3. Strong analytical sense of the data

4. Eye for detailing and vision for excellence

5. Excellent command of written and oral communication (English and Hindi)

6. Has the energy and ability to work with a young and energetic team
