Zuzu Hiring For Ed-Tech Presenter/Teacher at Hyderābād, Telangana Full Time

Compensation – 30-35K per month

At Zuzu, we are building a platform to connect children with instructors to make a wide range of extra curricular activities more accessible to children and broaden their spectrum of learning. Our goal is to enable children to learn anything they are interested in.

We are looking for a teacher who can teach life skills to children between the ages of 6 and 15 years. Life skills include courses about financial skills, social awareness, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, leadership, empathy, and other survival skills. The primary role is to teach in front of the camera in the clearest, most interesting, and engaging way possible across different formats to help children achieve learning outcomes.

This role involves creating recorded courses in our studio and also teaching live in front of a camera to children. This is an in-office position (in Hyderabad). Videos will be recorded in our in-house studio and live online classes will also be conducted in our studio.

Responsibilities

– Teaching/Presenting concepts about financial, social, cognitive, creative and other life skills for children between the ages of 6-15 years through recorded videos

– Teaching/Presenting concepts about financial, social, cognitive, creative and other life skills for children between the ages of 6-15 years through live online classes

– Developing curriculums and learning outcomes for developing the life skills of kids

– Developing supplementary learning materials like activity sheets to go along with the videos and live classes

– Taking full ownership of the content from ideation to execution for the recorded videos and live classes

– Finding engaging ways to weave stories and lessons into the curriculum about life skills

– Promoting the course and providing useful and engaging information for parents on our Social Media channels

Qualifications

– An excellent presenter in front of the camera who can present content in an informing and engaging way

– Excellent English communication skills

– Experience in developing content/curriculum for young children

– Good understanding of Financial skills, Social Skills, Cognitive and Creative Skills and the ability to teach it

– Good understanding of critical thinking, empathy, social awareness, leadership etc.

– Experience of minimum 1 + year as a Teacher

– Passion to teach and deconstruct things

– Preferred – Graduation/Post graduation or any other relevant Certification

– Ability to take ownership of projects and see things through from start to finish
