As a Zonal Lead, you will apply your relationship management and sales skills to drive growth and service for our Dining Out restaurant partners across the city.
What you need to bring to the ‘table’:
Lead a team of Key Account Managers – mentor and guide them to achieve their targets
Work closely with the City/Cluster CEO to keep the business and the P&L intact
Zeal for building deep mutually beneficial relationships that are not transactional in nature
Analytical rigour to understand data and identify growth opportunities for your zone/partners
Proactive, and not reactive – to identify people and restaurant issues and get them resolved
Work-life integration – we are in the hospitality business, we work when our customers celebrate; be prepared to be ‘switched on’ during our largest festivals, and holidays
