University Partnership Coordinator – External Engagement

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking individual to join ZF TCI as a University Partnership Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering impactful collaborations between our Innovation Hub and esteemed universities and institutes. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the development and execution of university programs, enhancing research culture and knowledge exchange within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate a research-oriented mindset within ZF TCI, instilling a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Develop comprehensive guidelines and work instructions for research publication, ensuring the highest standards of quality and integrity.

Provide guidance and support to authors in crafting research and technical paper abstracts and manuscripts.

Define and implement strategies and collaboration models with prestigious universities, overseeing successful execution of research and knowledge exchange programs.

Establish and maintain productive relationships with university academic departments and professors, facilitating effective collaboration.

Ensure the smooth operation of academic research and knowledge exchange initiatives, driving alignment with organizational goals.

Collaborate with university academia to curate both short- and long-term education courses, ensuring their effective delivery.

Manage day-to-day interactions with prominent Indian universities such as IIT Hyderabad, Madras, Mumbai, Delhi, IIIT Hyderabad, ensuring seamless alignment.

Ensure accurate representation of partners’ information as per relevant business unit guidelines.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.

Possess a research-oriented mindset, combined with an entrepreneurial outlook, team-centric attitude, analytical acumen, rapid comprehension skills, solution-driven approach, and an ability to work independently.

Profound understanding of university collaborations and the Innovation & Business Innovation Process.

Proven experience in planning, organizing, and establishing strong relationships with institutes.

Strong capability to design processes, methods, and frameworks that drive effective partnerships.

Proficient use of MS Office 365 suite.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
