Job Description:
- Client Acquisition- Gathering information about Job fairs and all relevant recruitment advertisements
- Coordinating with companies to learn about their recruitment procedures
- Maintaining and regularly updating Database of Students
- Maintaining Database of Companies and establishing strategic links for campus recruitments
- identifying the needs and expectations of the companies to assist them in recruiting the most suitable candidates
- Organizing pre-placement training for students (Interpersonal Skills, Resume building, Soft Skills, Mock Interview)
- Arranging periodic meetings with Human Resources Departments and TPO’s of companies to promote our Institute
- Collecting feedback from employers where our students are placed
Required Knowledge
- 2-6 years of professional full time work experience associated with recruitment, placement, and hiring functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in building client base
- Has proficiency using spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets), is able to analyses data and create reports from spreadsheets
- A positive can-do” attitude.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate.
- Tremendously outgoing, engaged, creative and organized.
- Experience with LinkedIn and job boards is a must.
