Job Description:

  • Client Acquisition- Gathering information about Job fairs and all relevant recruitment advertisements
  • Coordinating with companies to learn about their recruitment procedures
  • Maintaining and regularly updating Database of Students
  • Maintaining Database of Companies and establishing strategic links for campus recruitments
  • identifying the needs and expectations of the companies to assist them in recruiting the most suitable candidates
  • Organizing pre-placement training for students (Interpersonal Skills, Resume building, Soft Skills, Mock Interview)
  • Arranging periodic meetings with Human Resources Departments and TPO’s of companies to promote our Institute
  • Collecting feedback from employers where our students are placed

Required Knowledge

  • 2-6 years of professional full time work experience associated with recruitment, placement, and    hiring functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience in building client base
  • Has proficiency using spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets), is able to analyses data and create reports from spreadsheets
  • A positive can-do” attitude.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate.
  • Tremendously outgoing, engaged, creative and organized.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and job boards is a must.
