Role & responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive training modules to deliver new product training to employees 
  • Develop content and provide sales training to existing and new employees
  • Ensure learning support to existing employees in terms of upselling skills.
  • Train the trainer for the cross functional employees on products if needed.
  • Facilitate the soft skills training as and when required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3+ years in the education industry is a must.
  • 7+ years of overall experience in training and development.
  • Significant experience in creating training content.
  • Good analytical & reporting skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ready to travel if required.
