Full Job Description
MBA With First Division in Sales & Marketing with 12-15 Years of experience in HE Admissions (Domestic and International) MANDATORY.
Excellent communication skills; well-developed organizational skills, diplomatic influencing with relationship-building skills, to work with others and to convert initial enquiries into successful enrolments; a high level of attention to detail; knowledge of the University application process.
Work with the Head of STL Academy and Head of partner university to create and implement programs that cater to needs of student.
Offer avenues for participation such as workshops, special events, committees, monthly newsletters, special trips, and social activities.
Curate existing programs for the target population.
Conduct comprehensive annual reviews of market and competitors to benchmark program offerings. Contribute to development and improvement of programs based on outcomes of annual reviews. Conduct market assessments to identify target audiences and potential partners within the community.
Generate ideas to enhance team output related to student recruitment. Develop and manage the budget for Outreach Programs. Support ongoing recruitment initiatives for UG/ PG admissions.
Coordinate processing of all student applications from submission to outcome, to ensure that applications are treated in timely manner within standards set by University.
To offer high quality customer service to all applicants, at all stages of the application process.
Liaise with applicants and their nominated advisers or family, to guide them through the application process, ensuring that they have all the information they require regarding the process, programmes and the college.
Gather applicants’ references,
The candidate must be open to traveling and meeting with consultants, counsellors, schools, and institutes regularly to drive admissions into the Program.
