Yugantar International School Hiring For Vice Principal at Jaipur, Rajasthan Full Time

Our high school is interested in hiring an experienced Vice-Principal to manage school operations and provide strong leadership to our teachers and staff members. The ideal candidate will be active in the community and make themselves available for parent consultations, taking parent suggestions and discussing the educational needs of individual students. Our Vice-Principal will also be responsible for arranging major and minor building maintenance programs, while ensuring that every teacher has the resources they need to meet the state’s curriculum requirements.

NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB:

The school Vice-Principal serves as the educational leader, responsible for managing the policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe traditional Catholic learning environment that meets the approved curriculum and mission of the school.

Achieving academic excellence requires that the school Vice-Principal work collaboratively to direct and nurture all members of the school staff hired by the Board of Directors and to communicate effectively with parents. Inherent in the position are the responsibilities for scheduling, curriculum development, extracurricular activities, personnel management, emergency procedures, and facility operations.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree or Honours Degree
• A teaching Degree or a Diploma in Education or its equivalent – B.Ed
• Experience as required under anyone of the following clauses:

I. At least 3 years experience of administrative charge of a recognised College having Intermediate or higher classes.

II. At least 5 years experience of administrative charge of a recognised High School.

III. At least 5 years experience of teaching in a recognised college or Higher Secondary School or an equivalent teaching experience in a Teachers Training Institute.

IV. At least 8 years teaching experience in a recognised High School.

V. At least 5 years experience including 3 years educational administrative experience and 2 years teaching experience in a recognised High or Higher Secondary School or a Teachers Training Institute
