We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Stock Market Education Counselor to join our team. As a Stock Market Education Counselor, you will play a crucial role in selling and counseling students on various courses related to trading, investing, and job-oriented skills in the stock market. You will be responsible for guiding individuals in making informed decisions about their financial education and empowering them to succeed in the dynamic world of stock markets.

Responsibilities:

Course Sales and Counseling: Proactively engage with prospective students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Present and promote our range of stock market courses tailored for traders, investors, and job seekers. Effectively communicate the value and benefits of each course to help students choose the most suitable option for their specific goals and needs.

Student Guidance: Provide expert guidance and advice to students regarding stock market education and career opportunities. Understand their background, aspirations, and financial goals to recommend appropriate courses and learning paths. Answer inquiries related to course content, learning outcomes, prerequisites, and potential career paths.

Course Customization: Collaborate with students to understand their specific learning requirements and customize course offerings accordingly. Assess their existing knowledge and skills to recommend appropriate modules or supplementary resources to enhance their learning experience. Tailor courses to meet individual learning styles and goals.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, fostering trust and credibility. Proactively follow up with potential leads and existing students to address any concerns, provide additional information, and ensure a positive enrollment experience. Build a network of satisfied students who can serve as advocates for our courses.

Market Awareness: Stay updated with current market trends, news, and changes in regulations related to the stock market. Continuously enhance your knowledge of trading strategies, investment techniques, technical analysis tools, and other relevant areas. Share relevant market insights with students to help them make informed decisions.

Workshop Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative workshops and presentations on stock market topics to promote our courses and educate potential students. Deliver workshops both online and in-person, covering subjects such as trading strategies, risk management, investment analysis, and career opportunities in the stock market.

Student Success Support: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to students throughout their learning journey. Address any challenges or difficulties they may encounter, offering guidance and practical solutions. Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and recommend additional resources or advanced courses to further their development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, counseling, or education, preferably in the stock market or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of stock market principles, trading strategies, investment techniques, and financial instruments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and effectively convey complex concepts.
• Passion for teaching and empowering individuals to succeed in the stock market.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
