The job involves helping the child build self-confidence as well as promoting positive interaction in the classroom by helping him/her focus on important concepts and overall development of social and behavioral skills.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on being present and assisting the child during class hours

2. Improve communication and behavioral skills in social settings through monthly goal setting

3. Provide regular updates and clarity to the parents about their child

4. Encourage him/her to ask for help from his/her teachers

5. Engage the child in various activities of self-growth

6. Synergize with parents and schools on academic and behavioral goals

Skills & Requirements:

1. Undergraduate degree in psychology background

2. Ability to function in an environment where there are many distractions

3. Good communication skills (written and verbal)

4. Compassionate, empathetic, and an understanding individual

5. Work for a complete academic year of the child
