Roles and Responsibilities

1. Creating and delivering engaging lesson plans: The Candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans that are appropriate for the grade level and learning needs of the students.
2. Assessing student learning: The Candidate will regularly assess the learning progress of the students, through formative and summative assessments, and use that information to adjust their teaching strategies as needed.
3. Building strong relationships with students: The Candidate should create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions and participate in class. They should also build strong relationships with their students, to provide support and guidance as needed.
4. Communicating with parents: The Candidate will require to regularly communicate with parents about their child’s learning progress, areas of strengths, and areas of improvement.
5. Providing extra help: The Candidate should provide extra help and support to students who are struggling with subject, and offer additional resources and activities to students who need additional challenge.
6. Staying up-to-date with teaching methodologies and tools: The Candidate should stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and tools, such as technology-based learning, to enhance their teaching skills and improve student learning outcomes.
