Job Summary:
Guiding clients through the admissions process for various universities abroad, the Entry Level Admissions Counselor is responsible for analyzing profiles, providing personalized lists of institutions to target for applications, and ensuring a seamless application experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach and respond to inquiries.
Find universities accepting applications.
Guide applicants through the admissions process.
Host information sessions on video call.
Assist with application review and evaluation.
Maintain communication with applicants.
Manage applicant data.
Collaborate with other YMGrad team members to complete the university application steps.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with organizational abilities.
- Collaborative team player.
- Knowledge of and prior experience in higher education processes is a plus.
Other details:
This posting is for an onsite job (there will be no provisions for work-from-home or hybrid options). Working days are Monday to Saturday, and working hours are 09:00 to 18:00. We are in Okhla, Delhi. The annual package will range from 3.0 lakhs per annum (Indian rupees) to 3.5 lakhs per annum; interview performance will determine the final compensation.
