1. Content Creation: Develop comprehensive, well-structured mathematics content for Year 11-12 students, including worksheets, practice exams, lesson plans, study guides, and video scripts.
2. Curriculum Alignment: Ensure all content is aligned with the Western Australian Curriculum, WACE (Western Australian Certificate of Education), and relevant national standards.
3. Level Appropriateness: Create materials that cater to varying student levels, from foundational understanding to advanced problem-solving, ensuring challenge and engagement for all learners.
4. Quality Assurance: Review and revise content to maintain the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and educational value.
5. Assessment Development: Design and create formative and summative assessments, including multiple-choice questions, short-answer questions, long-answer problems, and mock exams that align with the curriculum.
6. Resource Design: Design visually engaging and interactive learning resources, including diagrams, flowcharts, and concept maps to aid student understanding.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the teaching team to ensure that content is relevant, practical, and meets the needs of the students.
8. Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze student and tutor feedback to continuously improve content and learning outcomes.

Other requirements
1. Educational Background: A degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field. A strong understanding of Year 11-12 Mathematics, including Algebra, Calculus, Statistics, and Geometry.
2. Experience: Previous experience in creating educational content or teaching mathematics to high school students, preferably in Years 11 and 12.
3. Strong writing and communication skills.
4. Expertise in developing clear, concise, and accurate content.
5. Familiarity with educational technology and learning management systems.
6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
7. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
