Responsibilities:

• Connecting with corporates in various sectors and managing client relationships.
• Generate employment opportunities for learners with existing and new clients.
• Planning and executing placement drives/career fairs.
• Conduct Pre – Placement sessions.

Requirement:

• Should have a proven experience in sourcing new logos in Fresher Hiring and onboarding clients to make sure our learners get placed in their dream job.
• Should be able to convert cold contacts into deals. Should have great connections with HRsfrom top companies.
• Should be creative in approach to upsell services of the companies and should be a go-getter & target driven.
• Should have the knowledge to create/modify company presentations or create corporate decks.
• Should have a flair for online BD / Sales.
