Senior Team – Sales Leader
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to a team of sales representatives.
- Set clear performance objectives, track progress, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify key market segments and target customers, aligning sales efforts with the organization’s goals.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Sales Performance and Target Achievement:
- Drive the team to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics, such as sales quotas, conversion rates, and pipeline management.
- Identify areas for improvement, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to address performance gaps.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their highest potential, recognizing and rewarding individual and team achievements.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance the organization’s offerings.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for senior management.
- Conduct sales meetings, providing updates, sharing best practices, and facilitating training sessions.
- Communicate sales strategies, targets, and progress to the sales team, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Quali- Cations And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech industry or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing a sales team to achieve targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
