About the Role:

As the Production Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our end-to-end content delivery, ensuring the creation of high-quality educational products for K-8 students, parents, teachers, and schools. From concept to launch, you’ll orchestrate the magic that brings our ideas to life across print, digital, and technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

– Crafting Creativity: Oversee the entire production process, collaborating with our fantastic Authoring team to bring compelling content to life.

– Streamlining Success: Define templates, procedures, and guidelines to optimize workflows and ensure peak capacity utilization.

– Preserving Perfection: Maintain meticulous documentation, records, and archiving systems to ensure excellence in every project.

– Mastering Milestones: Take charge of timelines, budgets, calendars, and resources to ensure timely and flawless project delivery.

– Partnership Prowess: Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with external vendors, elevating our graphic design, book production, and film production game.

Qualifications and Requirements:

– Educational Brilliance: Hold a professional degree in operations management, production engineering, or a related field. Bonus points for Tier 1 institute alumni!

– Proven Experience: Showcase your 5+ years of proven success in end-to-end content delivery for print and/or digital media, and highlight your knack for setting new processes and dashboards.

– Tech Savvy: Demonstrate proficiency in project management tools, CMS experience, and a tech-savvy mindset.

– Attention to Detail: Boast a keen eye for detail and a passion for perfection, balancing the art of quality with the science of deadlines.

– Vendor Virtuoso: Negotiate with finesse! Showcase your proficiency in vendor relations and your knack for getting the best deals.
