About xQ:

In today’s era, Videos are the most effective and powerful medium of communication. We, at the xQ Video Lab, is a first-of-its-kind initiative for schools to integrate video-making into their curriculum. It helps them to become confident communicators.

We setup Video Labs in schools and teach various techniques to kids such as Scripting, Shooting, Editing, Animation, Lights, Sound, Camera Confidence and Public Speaking.

Our team comprises of IIT-IIM Alumni, award winning filmmakers, ad agency professionals and academicians hailing from prestigious institutions around the world.

Designation: Video Lab – Teacher

Role and Responsibilities:

Would be required to conduct video teaching sessions for kids in schools.

Ensuring project submissions during teaching session.

Would need to monitor/supervise the conduct of the sessions.

Additionally, would need to ensure that all equipment is in working order as per the requirements of the sessions.

Would also need to ensure that the projects submitted during the workshops are saved appropriately.

Help the school in managing and maintaining their Social Media Account – Training and Assistance will be provided by xQ team

Create Videos, Reels and other types of videos with Students and School during the course of engagement.

Work with School teacher and management to create videos based on requirement.

Location: Ahmedabad, Baroda, surat

Candidate Profile:

Graduate/ Final Year Student – Engineering, BMS, BBM, BBA

Basic understanding of filmmaking

Well verse with Social Media apps like Instagram, Video Editing Apps like Inshot, Canva etc.

Highly active on Social Media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter to upload stories, reels and updates.

An inclination to teach children

An event friendly person, outgoer, ability to plan and manage/ multitask.

Technically sound mind whereas audio visual screenings and hosting is involved.

A team player

Working Hours:

6 Days a Week.

Per Session will be 35 to 40 mins.

Per Day minimum of 4 sessions with Kids.

Support from xQ:

Course Material will be provided by the team.

Proper training of the course material

Guidance and Support to create content and engagement on school social media

Guidance to help create Video projects which are curriculum based

Interview Process:

Round 1 – HR round

Round 2 – Team Lead interview

Round 3 – Final round with HOD
